Tracy Bates

I grew up in Conway, Arkansas, and graduated from Conway High School. The insurance industry has been my home since 2012 and I enjoy being able to help my clients by building long-term relationships with them.  Having a great team of people to work with makes my job very enjoyable! I am very family-oriented and enjoy spending time just hanging out with my family. When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking with my husband, playing tennis, or doing anything outdoors, really!

Stuart Berryhill

I grew up in Little Rock, AR and graduated from the University of Arkansas. I also serve as Staff Recruiter at Brookhill Ranch Summer camp in Hot Springs, AR.

Regarding my job, I am an agent for home, auto, and business, and my goal is to serve and help you have insurance that gives you freedom of mind

I enjoy going on adventures with my wife ranging from rock climbing to snow skiing, to wakeboarding. I also love sports: playing, watching, fantasy football, etc. (I was a Varsity basketball coach for 3 years and coached a team that won a State and National Championship).

Fun fact: I am a drummer and still love listening and playing to music from the 90s. I also love to go golfing, travel, be at the lake, watch sports, and be with friends and family!

As a hobby and passion, I like to serve at Brookhill Ranch Summer Camp. I began coming as a 3rd-grade camper and haven’t missed a summer since! I am also very passionate about fighting against human trafficking

Ricky Davis

I grew up in Pine Bluff and attended Watson Chapel High School. While in school, I received a nomination to West Point Military Academy but opted not to enroll.

In December 2015, I received my producer license and earned my Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation in October 2016.

Just recently, I enrolled in the Pacesetters program which is a 2-week rigorous training course then a year-long commitment to meeting certain goals, meeting weekly with a coach to keep you focused on those goals, and attending a 3-day mid-year “recharge.”

I love meeting people! I now have clients all over Arkansas and enjoy the travel to meet with them. Best of all, I know that those relationships are mutually beneficial because any underwriter or claims adjuster will tell you that I am RELENTLESS in seeing that my clients are taken care of!

Personally, I really enjoy hunting, fishing, and college football and if I had to classify anything as a “guilty” pleasure, I guess it would be Bluegrass Music.
If I’m not working, I’m working :-), Hunting, Fishing, or at Church.

I am a member of Gideons International where I serve as a Church Speaker. I attend local churches giving reports on the works of the Gideons.

Russ Berryhill

I am originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas, however, I currently live in Little Rock.  I received my B.A. from North Central College in Minneapolis, MN.

I am a second generation insurance agent, and I grew up in the insurance business.  My father started his insurance career in Fort Smith Arkansas in 1982 and I started in 2003 when I opened a satellite office in Little Rock.  I am licensed and educated in all personal lines, commercial lines, life, health, and long-term care.  My current designations include, CLSC Coverage Lines Coverage Specialist.

My passion is working with clients to customize insurance solutions that meet their needs.  I like asking good questions, then listening intently to their answers.  At the end of the process I hope that every client feels like they have exactly what they need and have a peace of mind.  My goal is to build relationships with clients that literally last a lifetime.

I enjoy playing guitar.  In my teens I was inspired by James Taylor, but my secret desire is to be a member of the best band off all time, The Eagles.  🙂

Chocolate is a problem for me.  I really like it!

My wife, Rachel and I have five children, one daughter-in-law, and one dog.  We have two kids in college and one at home in her last year of high school, so we are almost “empty nesters”.  On the weekend you might find us cooking a nice meal at home, on a walk, on a golf course, tennis court, or exploring a vacation spot by the beach or the lake.

We have a niece who has Cystic Fibrosis so we are passionate about supporting our local foundation and staying educated on research and new developments.

We love our church and the work that they do in our community.  I serve on the board of Ozark Conference Center and Camp Solgohachia, which is a summer camp program for kids 3rd through 8th grade.
