Russ Berryhill

Agent/Owner

I am originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas, however, I currently live in Little Rock.  I received my B.A. from North Central College in Minneapolis, MN.

I am a second generation insurance agent, and I grew up in the insurance business.  My father started his insurance career in Fort Smith Arkansas in 1982 and I started in 2003 when I opened a satellite office in Little Rock.  I am licensed and educated in all personal lines, commercial lines, life, health, and long-term care.  My current designations include, CLSC Coverage Lines Coverage Specialist.

My passion is working with clients to customize insurance solutions that meet their needs.  I like asking good questions, then listening intently to their answers.  At the end of the process I hope that every client feels like they have exactly what they need and have a peace of mind.  My goal is to build relationships with clients that literally last a lifetime.

I enjoy playing guitar.  In my teens I was inspired by James Taylor, but my secret desire is to be a member of the best band off all time, The Eagles.  🙂

Chocolate is a problem for me.  I really like it!

My wife, Rachel and I have five children, one daughter-in-law, and one dog.  We have two kids in college and one at home in her last year of high school, so we are almost “empty nesters”.  On the weekend you might find us cooking a nice meal at home, on a walk, on a golf course, tennis court, or exploring a vacation spot by the beach or the lake.

We have a niece who has Cystic Fibrosis so we are passionate about supporting our local foundation and staying educated on research and new developments.

We love our church and the work that they do in our community.  I serve on the board of Ozark Conference Center and Camp Solgohachia, which is a summer camp program for kids 3rd through 8th grade.

Shelia J Seeber

Agent

I grew up in Hazen and after graduation, I moved to DeValls Bluff, Arkansas. I have been an agent for over 35 years in property and casualty insurance and I really enjoy meeting new people through my work. I like helping people out with their insurance and other situations. Personally, I enjoy reading and taking road trips and you can find me at home, with friends, or with family when I’m not helping others with their insurance needs.

Ricky Davis

Commercial Lines Specialist

I grew up in Pine Bluff and attended Watson Chapel High School. While in school, I received a nomination to West Point Military Academy but opted not to enroll.

In December 2015, I received my producer license and earned my Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation in October 2016.

Just recently, I enrolled in the Pacesetters program which is a 2-week rigorous training course then a year-long commitment to meeting certain goals, meeting weekly with a coach to keep you focused on those goals, and attending a 3-day mid-year “recharge.”

I love meeting people! I now have clients all over Arkansas and enjoy the travel to meet with them. Best of all, I know that those relationships are mutually beneficial because any underwriter or claims adjuster will tell you that I am RELENTLESS in seeing that my clients are taken care of!

Personally, I really enjoy hunting, fishing, and college football and if I had to classify anything as a “guilty” pleasure, I guess it would be Bluegrass Music.
If I’m not working, I’m working :-), Hunting, Fishing, or at Church.

I am a member of Gideons International where I serve as a Church Speaker. I attend local churches giving reports on the works of the Gideons.

Stuart Berryhill

Associate Agent

I grew up in Little Rock, AR and graduated from the University of Arkansas. I also serve as Staff Recruiter at Brookhill Ranch Summer camp in Hot Springs, AR.

Regarding my job, I am an agent for home, auto, and business, and my goal is to serve and help you have insurance that gives you freedom of mind

I enjoy going on adventures with my wife ranging from rock climbing to snow skiing, to wakeboarding. I also love sports: playing, watching, fantasy football, etc. (I was a Varsity basketball coach for 3 years and coached a team that won a State and National Championship).

Fun fact: I am a drummer and still love listening and playing to music from the 90s. I also love to go golfing, travel, be at the lake, watch sports, and be with friends and family!

As a hobby and passion, I like to serve at Brookhill Ranch Summer Camp. I began coming as a 3rd-grade camper and haven’t missed a summer since! I am also very passionate about fighting against human trafficking

Tracy Bates

Personal Lines Specialist

I grew up in Conway, Arkansas, and graduated from Conway High School. The insurance industry has been my home since 2012 and I enjoy being able to help my clients by building long-term relationships with them.  Having a great team of people to work with makes my job very enjoyable! I am very family-oriented and enjoy spending time just hanging out with my family. When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking with my husband, playing tennis, or doing anything outdoors, really!

Kim Dillon

Senior Associate Agent/Office Manager

I grew up in California, Alaska, and then landed in Arkansas for most of my life.  I went to school in central Arkansas and worked in Benton for 15 years and now live near and work in Fort Smith.  I adore our city and surrounding communities and wouldn’t live anywhere else.

I have been working in the insurance industry since 1989.  For the last fifteen years, I’ve been with the Berryhill Insurance Team where I wear many hats.  My job title would include Office Manager, Senior Sales Associate Agent (not because of my age LOL), and Commercial Sales Specialist.

It’s my pleasure to serve and help our members to keep their insurance costs down but maintain their coverage and I take pride in establishing a relationship with them.  To me, they are part of our family.

Now that my children are all grown and have started their own families, I love spending time with my grandchildren.  They help me in the garden and we love to spend time playing in the pool.  They are my JOY!

In my spare time, my husband and I love to explore.  We fish, rummage through antique shops, and take the grandchildren to a cave, creek, or museum.  In the cooler months, we bowl in a bowling league. We also travel to Alaska occasionally to spend time with my mother’s side of the family and I’m proud of my Athabascan Indian heritage.

When I’m not working and at home, I love to work in the yard and garden.  I also love to cook for the family and preserve our harvest.  To relax in the late evenings we love to watch movies and eat popcorn.

I’m a very family-oriented person and I spend some time each week helping care for my younger siblings with Huntington’s Disease (Donate to HDSA, Help For Today, Hope For Tomorrow).

Dee Morris

Account Manager/Producer

My family never stayed in one place for very long, my dad’s job had us moving around a lot. I loved the town Harlingen in Texas the most – I went surfing every day after school!

I have been in insurance for 30 years! I am licensed in Life, Health, and P&C. I started out as a “Debit Agent” for Life of Georgia. I have spent the last 20 years doing really big commercial accounts, but I love it all. I have worked for captive and independent agents – big and small! I took my insurance test so long ago, it was actually with pen and paper!

I love the chase of a sale! I have felt that way for 30 years! I still believe that insurance is based on relationships.

I really enjoy spending time with my family! I have kids in college and they help me see the world through their eyes! I have truly enjoyed getting to know my husband of 24 years, all over again with the kids out of the house. I also have 3 dogs and a cat. My friends and family say I love animals more than humans, and some days, they’re right! Something I’m very proud of is losing 100 pounds over 8 months!

My guilty pleasure is Coke Zero! I also love decorating, movies, and books!

My 3 dogs and cat inspire me to spend time volunteering at the Humane Society! I work with youth, homeless individuals, and am very passionate about the older generation.

Sharee Robinson

Account Manager

I grew up in Fort Smith, AR, and attended Spradling Elementary, Kimmons Jr. High, and Northside High…Go Grizzlies! I spent my free time delving into a good read, playing softball, playing and marching in the band & singing in the choir. I began working as a licensed Customer Service Agent handling billing and making changes to auto policies in a call center.  I moved on to work for a local independent agent where I obtained P&C, Life, and Health lines of business and became an account manager.  I am now happy to be an Account Manager at Berryhill Insurance Group! I’m most excited about helping others understand the value of insurance in general and helping ease their burden in those stressful times when they need to rely on their policy benefits.

Some fun facts about me: Nothing moves me the way good music does. My guilty pleasures would be sushi and shopping online, and I’d like to go rock climbing someday. I am fairly low-key these days and can be found at home or church when not at work and on weekends. I recently became a volunteer at the Literacy Council of Western Arkansas.

I am new to the insurance industry but very eager to learn! I am a people person first and foremost, which helps me adapt to new experiences.

I love all things pop culture as well as professional sports. I could probably be a champion at 70s music trivia. I am a homebody, but every now and then, I love to take weekend trips to concerts or games.
